General information

All our models are made in Europe, in Portugal, which offers us unique techniques and know-how for sock production.
Our desire to support the relocation of the textile industry in Europe is one of the brand’s fundamental principles.

We’re all convinced that if we want our clothes to last, we have to be careful how we look after them. In the case of our socks, we recommend that you do not put them in the dryer, and that you do not wash them at temperatures above 40°C!
You risk damaging the sock’s fibers and reducing its size.

Too often, socks are seen as mere accessories. Yet we often wear them all day long, with or without shoes.

At TOPIQ, we’re convinced that once you’ve experienced the comfort and softness of our socks, you won’t be able to do without them. Style is also very important to us. We grew up in working-class towns where you didn’t stand out with expensive clothes, but rather with the details that made a difference, and socks were often the most eye-catching.
We’re crazy about socks!

We are former sports equipment specialists. We worked for years in the sales, marketing and logistics departments of the biggest brands. We wanted to work on a more personal project, with European production, over a longer period of time, with fewer collections. To take the time to think about a design, to test it, to wear the socks again and again, to make sure that the product is as it should be, without deadlines, without commercial objectives that push us to put more and more products on the market.

At TOPIQ, we believe in quality and authenticity. When we set out to produce our socks, our first instinct was to make them in France. However, after careful consideration of costs and technical constraints, we realized that this would inevitably have meant higher prices for our customers.
We believe that every pair of socks should offer a perfect balance between quality, comfort and affordability. That’s why we decided to seek out the best production skills and techniques in Europe. That’s how we came to Portugal, where we were impressed by the craftsmanship and modern infrastructure.
Working with our Portuguese partners enables us not only to maintain high quality standards, but also to offer our socks at a reasonable price. We are proud to support the European textile industry while offering our customers exceptional products.

Orders & Deliveries

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address linked to your Topiq account.
The delivery time is indicated when you place your order. Depending on the country you are in, delivery times may vary.

Delivery is free for orders of 50 euros or more in France and 75 euros or more internationally. For orders under 50 euros (incl. VAT) with delivery in France, delivery costs are 5 euros (via the Colissimo delivery service).

For other countries, delivery costs are 9 euros for orders under 75 euros (via the Colissimo International delivery service).

TOPIQ guarantees to dispatch orders within two working days of validation, subject to stock availability. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your parcel has been dispatched, along with a tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
As an indication, delivery times for mainland France generally vary from 24 to 72 hours from dispatch. For international deliveries, delivery times depend on the distance covered by the parcel to its destination, and may therefore vary.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and must not have been worn or washed. Please note that if the item arrives damaged, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed. Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

No returns will be processed without prior agreement. Please do not return any item before sending a request by e-mail to contact@topiq.fr.

You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason, within fifteen (15) clear days from receipt of your order. TOPIQ will refund the customer of the possible sums already paid, deduction made of the possible expenses of forwarding. Refunds will be made by TOPIQ within a maximum of 15 days after receipt of the returned products.

The refunding will be done according to the mode of initial payment chosen by the customer at the time of the order, or in the form of a purchase order.
